In addition, the increase in tourism also has motivated the Hunter Group to propose a multifaceted project encompassing hospitality, tourism, and recreational facilities. Catherine Hill Bay holds a rich cultural heritage with influences from both Indigenous and European traditions, making it imperative to harmonize vernacular architecture with contemporary design elements. The envisioned project not only aims to establish an iconic presence but also places great emphasis on preserving the essence of Phenomenology by implementing architectural senses into the design process. In doing so, it ensures the holistic development of Catherine Hill Bay while safeguarding its identity.
