This is a Composite Function skyscraper research center with residences, commercial, laboratories and offices inside, forming a vertical community where residents can live without leaving the building, which is located on koorgang -floors, 18 elevators to ensure internal transportation, a total floor area of 182,100 square meters with 356 residences, which can accommodate at least 2,400 people to live. In addition, there are 104 laboratories and indoor experimental fields. What??????s more, it also has office space include 58 independence offices and 48 meeting rooms, which can accommodate at least 930 office staff to work. The whole building is divided into Public Events and Exhibitions Section(L1-3), Residential Section(L4-9,L10-15,L19-24,L25-31), Commercial Section(L16-18, L32-34), Laboratory Section(L35-47) Lab Lounge Section(L48-49),and Office Section(L50-L63).  And a new urban area with a hexagonal layout developed with the research center as its core and starting point
