A Tinkering Typology for the Modern Nomad

The project seeks to critique the permanence of dwelling and the ??????Australian dream?????? of home ownership as a progression of consumerism and destruction.Rather seeking to evolve the idea of Nomad. A state of constant movement as a typology of living. A Historical figure across multiple cultures, completely transient and holding great political influence, providing different culture, experience tools and ideas.The project explores the growing idea of a Modern Nomad, a collective living within vans in public space. Focusing on an Architecture that supports their occupation within the urban environment, connecting to nomad, place, and local community as a progression beyond dwelling. A nomadic typology to question permanence, seeking an adaptable, human scale architecture instead.
