Sandbar, located between Smiths Lake and Cellito Beach on the Barrington Coast of New South Wales, is celebrated for its pristine coastal lakes and vibrant surfing beaches, with the southern tip marking the gateway to Myall Lakes National Park. Our client's property, strategically situated near the scenic Lakes Way, currently operates as a tourism facility with cabins, caravan sites, campsites, and a golf club, complemented by amenities. Our vision focuses on both ecological enhancement and economic growth. The site will be divided into private, semi-private, and public residential areas, including a rainwater park. Public housing integrated into Sandbar Caravan Park, alongside a community center, promotes community interaction. At Bushland Holiday Park, we offer semi-private residences, family-friendly amenities, and water-based facilities. The golf course's functionality will be retained, surrounded by private residences. To address flooding concerns and encourage ecological awareness, rain gardens and eco-trails will be established in green spaces.
