Broadmeadow Affordable Apartment:This affordable apartment project accommodates 60 residents. The rock mountain design draws inspiration from the name "Wonnarua," associated with the Aboriginal people, symbolizing "the people of the hills and plains." The design seamlessly integrates indigenous culture and requirements, while simultaneously adhering to a cost-effective construction budget of $6,270,000.The Shifting Space:The Broadmeadow Roundhouse Library & Museum is a fusion of history and modernity, celebrating Australia's train heritage. We honor the iconic turntable and maintenance building while preserving their historical significance. Our design maintains the existing building as the core, extending its purpose and incorporating contemporary needs, including flexibility, aesthetics, and environmental awareness. We've also integrated local Aboriginal culture into the project, safeguarding history and indigenous traditions while benefiting the community. The design is also influenced by the design elements employed in the previous Broadmeadow Affordable Apartment project, building upon and expanding these inspirations.
