The building is located southeast of the Oval in Catherine Hill Bay, within the eastern part of the site's redline area. Including a coffee shop, ice cream parlor, restrooms, bathing facilities, and relaxation spaces. The design emphasizes a harmonious integration with the site's history and natural surroundings, following the direction of historical railway tracks. Stone and wood are chosen as the primary materials. Featuring a large roof overhang, expansive platforms, and a structure with three core functional areas, the design provides an open and flexible space for relaxation and scenic viewing. Wooden columns serve not only as supporting structures but also echo the vertical structures of Catherine Hill Bay's historical wooden jetty, offering a sensation of walking through a forest.
