It introduces the concept of flatpack construction. The thesis investigates the notion of integrating varied functionalities and catering to diverse demographics in the design of granny flats, as opposed to standardizing features for specific users. A system of male-female connections is proposed to facilitate versatile functionalities, empowering users to personalize and modify the space according to their needs. Illustrative instances comprise sockets linked to pulleys, hammocks, umbrella shades, spotlights, bird feeders, and greenhouses.
