Catherine Hill Bay is an area rich in history and iconicity throughout. With several upcoming residential developments, importance rises to provide a project reminding users of the area??????s past without overbearing the topic. As such, undertaking this project three key principles formed which helped engage the project to provide a pathway of development.- Pedestrian focus, Community Engagement, and Historical InclusivityDevelopment Beginning with the Pub; responding to sustainability and the heritage aspects of the site. Glamping abodes with intertwined heritage and cultural walk outlining the rich history of country and mining clear to the site while promoting community and cultural inclusivity to the project. Finally, an Ice Creamery/ Caf?????? further developing community engagement within the project.
